How long in advance do I need to place an order ?icon

We need a 1 day notice before 3 p.m. for fruit arrangements and chocolate dipped items to be delivered next-day. Custom fruit carvings, strawberries, oreos, etc. require a minimum of 7 days notice. Fruit platters only require a 2 days notice.

Can I pick-up ?icon

Currently we only sell our products via. our website and deliver within the Ottawa/Gatineau region. 

Are you a nut-free environment ?icon

We use nuts for toppings upon customers' request, therefore we are not a nut-free environment.

When are your bouquets and dipped fruit prepared ?icon

Fruit bouquets and chocolate dipped fruit are made-to-order! We prepare and dip the day-of your delivery.

What if they're not home ?icon

In the case that the recipient is not home, we will see if their neighbor is available to take the delivery. If they are not, we will call you and/or the recipient to ask whether you want us to leave it in front of their house or return it back, where the recipient may pick up within 24 hours.

I did not receive my invoice ?icon

We're currently tweaking some things on our new website. If you received your invoice from PAYPAL, then we received your order and have the correct delivery address that you entered at checkout. If you would like to see your order, please log in to your customer account.

Billing address at checkout ?icon

Sorry for the confusion, we are currently working to fix this issue on our new site. Please not that we do not need your billing address, we only need the delivery address. You may use the delivery address as the billing address.
